We are happy to exchange or refund any item if it’s damaged at the time of delivery, a video of unpacking would be mandatory to access the authenticity of the return. The return request must be made within 24 hours of the original delivery along with the original price tags and the receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or used Kindly keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via post, courier or brought to our physical store for a return or exchange.
